About me: I have been a group instructor for 36+ years in Oklahoma. My experience has given me the opportunity to help a tremendous amount of people get fit in aerobics and strength. I strive to inspire and build relationships with everyone I am given the opportunity to help. I am an ACE certified personal trainer, AFAA group certified and PiYo Live certified.

What is Cardio kickboxing Cardio Kickboxing is a combination of dance and martial arts that will undoubtedly improve your endurance and cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles and shred your abs if you practice consistently with power and precision. This is an excellent way to relieve stress, aggression and tension. Each round the volume of combos will increase testing both coordination and endurance. Some of the combos you will learn during your workout is:

    Challenge Groups

    Challenge Groups - I realize everyone has a busy life and sometimes there are situations that occur that a person would rather train with an online coach in the privacy of their home. I provide personalized training as an online coach that utilizes a challenge tracker app. This free app will consist of you and me in a private group where I share BeachBody meal plans, workouts and timely tips throughout your desired session. It's very flexible and perfect for stay at home moms and great for busy schedules.

    Dance Fitness

    Dance fitness is a type of group exercise class that incorporates some or many forms of dance. It's a full body work out divided into different tracks that provide peaks and valleys of intensity. THIS DANCE FORM WILL HELP YOU BURN CALORIES WITH EVERY STEP WHILE YOU LEARN A NEW AND POPULAR DANCE. I have seen lots of women reduce their overweight problem through dancing. It's fun to learn different genres of dance, such as country, hip hop, reggae, African and the list goes on. I enjoy see women get into their alter ego and become that woman that they think is exciting, sexy and fun! The choreography is simple but challenging and you will feel the burn with every move even though it's not a high intensity class.


    PiYo LIVE is ideal for people who desire teaching a mainstream version of a mind/body class. It is a fusion-style of group exercise that features movements inspired by, but not limited to, various styles of Pilates and yoga. Each PiYo class incorporates the following styles of movement:

  • Focus-Poses are held for several breaths to focus on increasing strength.
  • Flow-Rhythmic, flowing style that generates heat in the body and produces a sweat.
  • Fusion-A blend of focus and flow, these movements incorporate dynamic balance and functional training that challenge strength and balance, and emphasize the athleticism of Pilates and yoga.
    PiYo LIVE workouts follow a structure that creates a safe, effective, and consistent group exercise class. Exercises are selected and balanced through strategic variations (pose angles and application of force) with each movement. The workouts follow a structure that creates a safe, effective and consistent class.
